注意事項

操作激光切割機的注意事項有以下（xià）幾點：

1.遵（zūn）守一般切割機安全操作規程。嚴格按照激光器啟動程序啟動激光器，調（diào）光，試機。

2.操作者須經過培訓，熟悉切割軟件，設備結構、性能，掌握操作係統有關知識。

3.按規定穿戴好勞動防（fáng）護用品，在（zài）激（jī）光束附近必須佩帶符（fú）合規定的防護眼鏡。

4.在未弄清某一材料（liào）是否能用激光照射或切割前，不要對其加工，以免產生煙霧和蒸（zhēng）氣的潛在危險。

5.設備開動時操作（zuò）人（rén）員不得擅自離開崗位或托人待（dài）管，如的確需要離開時應停機或切（qiē）斷電源開關。

6.在加工過程中發現（xiàn）異常時，應立即停機（jī），及時排（pái）除故障或上報主（zhǔ）管人員。

7.要將滅火器（qì）放在隨手可及的地（dì）方;不加工時要（yào）關掉激光器或光閘;不（bú）要在未加防護的激光束附近放置紙張、布或其（qí）他（tā）易燃物。

Matters needing attention
